One hundred twenty-three (123) days have elapsed this year. That’s one-third of this calendar year. Where did the days go? Have you revisited your list of dreams and goals recently?
I must admit I just reviewed my spreadsheet, and I’m disappointed in myself. There are a couple of items I was sure I would easily add to my daily program. That did not happen…yet. It’s not too late to begin a new practice or healthy habit. Tomorrow is a new day, and I see great opportunities for a better, healthier me in the future.
