Society teaches us that we need to be perfect on our first try at anything. This makes no practical sense in any organization. We learn through our mistakes and by multiple attempts. Give yourself the grace to fail and try again. You won’t develop the skills you need overnight, but they’ll grow, and before long, you’ll see how much you’ve improved.
Think about what you’re hesitant to try due to fear of failure. Today just might be the day to start. (Proverb 24:16)
