It’s that last hour when you’re not sure if you’re awake or asleep. Everything is real and possible. You’re walking through a dream world where everything feels tangible. Is it or just your mind creating possibilities?
Our resting minds are busy processing our day, thoughts, and reactions while we sleep. Our dreams, whether we remember them or not, frequently include parts of what happened, and our subconscious is working out how to handle what we encountered. Maybe our psyche is like storage units, basements, or attics that need to be cleared of the unnecessary detritus that’s cluttering them so we can actually organize and study the things that are important. Sometimes it’s difficult to jettison the debris we refuse to review and let go. We just want to hold on to bad days, hurtful memories, and crushing defeats. Learn from them and then dispose of them.
Are you allowing old memories, thoughts, and hurts to slowly erode your purpose and self-worth? Let go of what’s holding you back and start living the life that’s waiting to be written for you. (Proverbs 23:7)
