Be Kind to Yourself

In the bustle of checking the boxes everyday, we sometimes forget to practice self-care. We can’t help others if we don’t first take care of ourselves. 

Today I am granting myself the grace to share with you that I need to do that today. Rest when you need it and take a deep breath. Tomorrow’s another day. (Proverbs 31:10)
