We chase it, we seek it we crave it, we need it, but do we know what it is?
Peace: calmness of the mind, body, and spirit that provides one a time to rest and recover; the pause provides clarity for the mind, recharging for the body, and rejuvenation for the soul. (gh)
Peace has a definition, but it manifests to each of us in different forms. Peace is more about the residual feeling you have, your state-of-mind. What brings peace to me may not do so to another—that’s okay as each of us are unique and put our own flavor on the world around us.
Identify what embodies peace for you, maybe you call it your “happy place”. Maybe it’s a place you have to imagine because it’s not easily accessible, a time spent in devotions, maybe it’s your own backyard or a room in your home or just the people you love, but we all have a “place of peace”. This place feeds your soul and recharges you, it’s what helps you make it through each day. (Romans 14:19 AMP)
Take time to be at peace each day. The world needs you at your best to do the amazing things only you can do.
