Our lives are full of choices: good, bad, necessary, and frivolous. We make many everyday consciously and unconsciously. Some are demanded by our job, others by our family, still others by our lifestyle. Others, through no fault of our own, just happen. Regardless, we have to make decisions about what we do every day.
With those choices come priorities because we know some of our options are lower on the “must-do list” than others. Some choices have no measurable impact on our lives, while others can change the course entirely.
Choose wisely. You have to make a decision, and it’s not always easy; in fact, sometimes it’s difficult, almost paralyzing. Select the best solution for the problem and one that is healthy for you mentally, emotionally, physically, or spiritually (MEPS). The shortcut at the moment looks promising, but it probably won’t benefit your health in the marathon that is life. (Proverbs 4:23-27)
As you are improving yourself, finding your joy, your peace, focusing on MEPS health, you will also find that you are influencing and helping others.
