What in life throws you off your axis? What disrupts your schedule so you feel like you’re running to catch up all day?
Maybe your life is a series of mishaps, and that suits your personality and productivity. Or maybe being off balance disrupts your entire day. Whatever your nature, it’s going to happen because we can’t control everything as much as we might like to do so.
What can you do to offset those days that are out of balance? Stop, regroup, and prioritize your tasks for the day. I know, easier said than done, but there are things that you won’t get done today, and stressing over them won’t help you or anyone else involved. (2 Corinthians 4:7-9)
Protect your emotional and mental health. You will be happier and healthier for it.
