The end of the year also heralds a time to declutter in preparation for the new year. As we’re pulling out holiday decorations, we’re putting aside those that are broken, those we haven’t used in a long time, or maybe decorations that just no longer fit our lifestyle. So it goes with our life.
This is a time of reflection, looking back over the past year at the beautiful memories we created. We’re thinking about what lies ahead and crafting a plan on how to achieve what we want in the next year.
Surround yourself with people who feed your soul, uplift you, love you (love comes in many forms). These are the people that will support your dreams and believe in you. People come into your life at different times for different reasons. All play an important role in helping you, but like your Christmas ornaments, know when it’s time to let some go—for both of your well-being. (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8)
