What drives you, energizes you? Sometimes you find it by choice, and other times you stumble into a cause that gives your life direction or meaning. However you found yourself there, let’s explore it.
Passions can be in the form of emotional, creative, spiritual, a means to help others, or a combination of any of the above. These driving needs feed a desire inside us; they are a way to express ourselves to the world. How we use them can say a lot about ourselves.
Your passion may be an outpouring of a talent that is for an audience of one—there’s nothing wrong with that. But what if you are able to use that ability to connect with someone who feels lost and alone? Maybe your passion is the result of an illness. Now you have a desire to spread awareness, lobby, and raise money for research. There are many ways to use your enthusiasm for something to help others.f
The outlets for our passions and the ability to help our community are unending. Use your fervor to a greater good. You were created for more. (Ephesians 2;10)
