January in Retrospect

We’ve come to the end of the first month of this year. Thirty-one days have passed, and a new month is on the horizon. You’re either where you expected to be, behind, or respectfully hanging on to your goal plan for this year. Any attempt is a win because you showed up and tried to do better; you tried something new this year.

Stepping outside your comfort zone is not easy, but that’s where personal growth happens. (Joshua 1:9)

Look back on your list of goals. You probably tackled your favorite or most difficult first. Great! Choose another and get started tomorrow—no one said you had to start all of them on day one. This is a progressive project, one step at a time. We’re all a work-in-progress. You’re doing awesome. Just keep working on being the best version of yourself you can be.
