Everything has value—what someone is willing to pay, barter or sacrifice to acquire it. Sometimes value is implied or inflated based on location, position or past performance. Sometimes value is assigned based on outward appearance alone.
Your value is never in doubt, never dependent upon the whims of a biased critic. Do not doubt that you are important. The world wants you to compare yourself to others when each of us is a unique creation. How do you make comparisons between one-of-a-kinds? Do not allow your value to be determined by someone who is not qualified to evaluate the worth of the extraordinary.
